Mr. Mirro has over 19 years of automotive investment banking experience, most recently as a managing director and head of automotive investment banking at RBC Capital Markets, a global investment bank, from June 2011 to December 2014. Prior to that, he was head of automotive investment banking at Moelis & Co. from August 2008 to May 2011 and was also head of North American automotive investment banking at Jefferies & Company from March 2005 to July 2008.
