Mr. Mellini was chief executive officer and president of Nature Coast Bank in Citrus County, Florida from March 7, 2005 until January 1, 2017, chief executive officer and president of Premier Community Bank of Florida and Premier Community Bank of South Florida from January 2002 until August 2004 and chief executive officer and president of PCB Bancorp Inc. from January 2003 until August 2004.
